Este trabalho procura analisar se as relações de desigualdade de gênero são reforçadas em enunciados de avaliações externas de matemática da Rede Municipal de Educação da Cidade de São Paulo. Partindo de uma abordagem qualitativa de pesquisa e com o problema delimitado foi organizado duas sessões de grupos focais que juntamente com os docentes participantes foram analisadas criticamente os enunciados de avaliações externas do Documento Orientador Para Sondagem de Matemática e do Instrumento de Acompanhamento Docente - IAD que apresentavam certos estereótipos sobre a função da menina/mulher e menino/homem na sociedade. Após a realização e transcrição das sessões dos dois grupos focais foi criado grupos e subgrupos de convergências alinhados com o embasamento teórico deste trabalho para organizar as falas dos (as) professores (as) participantes do projeto.

This study aims to examine whether gender inequality relations are reinforced in statements from external mathematics assessments of the Municipal Education Network of São Paulo City. Adopting a qualitative research approach and with a clearly defined problem, two focal group sessions were organized. In collaboration with the participating educators, the statements from external assessments found in the Guiding Document for Mathematics Inquiry and the Teacher Monitoring Instrument - TMI, which displayed certain stereotypes about the role of girls/women and boys/men in society, were critically analyzed. Following the completion and transcription of the focal group sessions, convergence groups and subgroups were established in line with the theoretical foundation of this work to organize the contributions of the teacher participants involved in the project.
